Insert the toothed whisk in the Milk Frother container, add the double cream, activate
the Milk Frother on 40° program. Once complete activate the cycle again at 85°, add
the icing sugar, flour and cinnamon through the opening in the container's lid, then
add the liquor. The sauce can be served warm for cookies and cakes.
ingredients:
- 100ml Double cream
- 12g Icing sugar
- 5ml Anise liquor
- 1tsp Flour

Insert the smooth whisk into the Milk Frother container,
pour in the fresh milk, double cream, icing sugar, cornflour,
butter and dark chocolate and activate the 8 program. Once
complete serve with chocolate brownies or on cakes.
