Insert the toothed whisk into the Milk Frother container, add milk and activate

the Milk Frother on 40° program. At the end of the cycle activate the Milk Frother

at 85°, add the ginger syrup and dark chocolate through the opening in the lid.

When the cycle has ﬁnished pour the contents into a glass and decorate with

the whipped cream, then top with the marshmallows and crystallised ginger.

Grate chocolate on the top to ﬁnish.

ingredients:

1 tsp Whipped cream

25ml Ginger syrup

- 65g Dark chocolate

- 300ml Fresh milk

- 1 Handful of marshmallows

- 1 Handful of crystallised ginger

strawberry puree and activate the Milk Frother on the cold frothing program. Once ﬁnished,

serve with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry.
