Insert the smooth whisk into the Milk Frother container, add the barley and water and
activate the Milk Frother on 85°, after 1 minute add the Agar Agar through the opening
in the container lid. At the end use the maintenance function of the Milk Frother for
5 minutes. Pour the contents into a mould and keep in the fridge for around 4 hours.

- 2tsp Soluble barley
- 1.5g Agar Agar powder

Insert the smooth whisk into the Milk Frother container, add the water and activate
the Milk Frother on 65°, once finished turn on the 85° cycle and add the chicory coffee
a little at a time through the opening in the container lid. At the end sift and serve cold
in a glass or cup.
