TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Possible causes/Solutions

The soleplate stays cold and does

not warm up.

 The plug might not be properly inserted into the power outlet.

 

 Try changing the power outlet.

 

The temperature indicator light



 The product is heating up. When the selected programme

reaches the set temperature, the indicator light remains

steady lit.

 If the iron is not used for 8 minutes in the vertical position and

30 seconds in the horizontal position, the automatic switch-

off function intervenes. To switch the iron on again, press the

programme selector button.

No steam or a small

amount of steam

comes out.

 There is not enough water in the water reservoir. Fill the water

reservoir.

     
