 You are using a too-high temperature. Clean the soleplate (see

chapter “Cleaning and maintenance”, section “Cleaning”).

 You are using starch. You can use starch directly on the inside out of

the fabrics and in any case never in the water reservoir.

 The garment was not washed correctly or has some soap residues.

 

 Not enough water in the water reservoir. Fill the water reservoir.

The soleplate is dirty or dark

and may stain the fabrics

The spray function does not

work.
