CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Never use sharp objects or scouring powder.
ENAMELLED COMPONENTS AND HOB GRIDDLE
x
Clean with a sponge and soapy water, then dry with a soft cloth.
x
Remove acid stains (lemon juice, tomato concentrate, vinegar) immediately.
PAINTED PARTS
x
Clean with a soft cloth and soap, then dry with a soft cloth.
BURNERS AND RACKS
x
Remove burners and racks before cleaning them with a proprietary product.
x
After cleaning, replace items carefully.
CLEANING OF THE OVEN AND ITS ACCESSORIES
x
After use, let the oven cool down and clean it to prevent cooking burnt-on food.
x
Never use scouring powder. Splashes that are difficult to remove should be cleaned with special products according to the
manufacturers instructions.
x
Use a sponge and lukewarm water to clean the outside of the oven.
x
The glass oven door pane and the glass light protection may be cleaned with dishwashing detergent.
x
Wash accessories in a dishwasher or by hand with an oven-cleaning product.
x
If cooking takes a long time, remove any condensation that forms on the inner door surface and hinges.
HEAT-PROOF PANEL

Never use soap or a detergent to clean heat-proof panels. Large fat splashes may be removed with a moist cloth.
x
The heat-proof panels may lose some of their self-cleaning properties after prolonged use of the oven. If this happens
they should be replaced.
HOTPLATE
x
Foods burned on the hotplates must always be cleaned dry. Do not use water, to avoid the formation of rust.
After use, pour a little oil onto the warm plate and rub with a cloth.
