Insert the toothed whisk into the Milk Frother container, add skimmed milk and
liquid sugar, activate the Milk Frother on the cold frothing program. In meantime
pour into a glass the ginger syrup, and then pour the espresso coffee by the rim
of the glass to form a layer on top of the ginger syrup. At the end ll the glass with
milk cream from the Milk Frother using a teaspoon. Decorate as desired.
ingredients:
- 1 Espresso coffee
- 80ml Cold skimmed milk
- 20ml Liquid sugar
(sugar dissolved in liquid)
- 10ml Ginger syrup

Insert the smooth whisk into the Milk Frother container, add 25g sugar and still water,
activate the Milk Frother on 85°. After 1 minute add the rest of sugar a little at a time
through the opening in the container lid, then grate the ginger and add in small pieces.
If the sugar is not totally dissolved use the maintenance function on the Milk Frother
until dissolved. Keep in the fridge.
